Program Name: Riwayat Restaurant SMS

Program Description: Riwayat Restaurant operates an SMS messaging program for customers who have opted in. Messages may include reservation confirmations and reminders, order pickup notifications, catering and banquet inquiry follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers about menu specials and events.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can expect to receive transactional messages as needed (such as reservation confirmations) and no more than 4 promotional messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Riwayat Restaurant does not charge for the messages you receive; however, your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

Opt-In: You can opt in by submitting your phone number through our website contact form with a consent checkbox, in person at the restaurant, or by texting SUBSCRIBE or START to +1 (860) 356-7505.

Help: For help, reply HELP to any message, email info@riwayatrestaurant.com, or call +1 (860) 356-7505.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Riwayat Restaurant. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages again.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
